You have just made an appointment to view your new property to buy or rent! Below are some questions and answers to help us better work with you and understand the suggestion and negotiation closing process.

F.A.Q.

In all suggestions you should have with us the your identity card or passport and know your VAT number and point it out to the consultant before pointing the property out at the meeting point. You will complete and sign the pointing order.

  1. Before recommending a property, the consultant must know who the property is showing to. There are many cases of sneaky people trying to view properties (residential properties) with the intention of knowing the properties inside for their own purposes.. you wouldn't want people who no one knows to just walk into your property either.
  2. Also the referral order states the amount or percentage for the referral and negotiation services of the real estate agency if you close the property for sale or rent and finally and quite importantly it gives you priority over other orders for closing the deal.

 A copy of your order will be sent to you with a photo to your e-mail, Viber or Whats app of the details you provide.

No, only if the property is rented or purchased.

Please have See The itinerary that you will follow in order to be on time for your appointment. In case you know that you will be late or need to cancel an appointment do as early as you can.
I liked the property and I want to Enter in Procedure negotiation immediately! Please in case you want to make an offer or closing, please do it through your advisor. Many times or direct negotiation with the owner may not have the desired result since we do not know each other's needs and goals.
